Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, and networking
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, providing guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes and ensure those requirements are effectively met.
Candidate Management: Handle full recruiting life cycle and all related documentation for vacant positions which include sourcing, screening, interview, assessing, reference checking, offering of employment, administer work passes, manage onboarding and exit procedures to facilitate smooth transitions for employees.
Talent Pipeline Development:
- Manage multi-channel recruitment approach to fill the vacancies with high quality candidates. These channels include media recruitment, internal recruiting, internal employee referral, internships, job fairs, etc.
- Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to support talent pipelines.
- Represent the company at local job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to attract direct labor talent.
Others:
- Maintain accurate records of staff particulars
- Provides HR support to the team where necessary.
- Other duties as and when assigned by the company, such as participation in organizing recreation activities and other HR functions/ projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and HR Operations within a multinational organization, with exposure in managing high-volume hiring, preferably within the semiconductor industry
- JobStreet and /or LinkedIn self-source proficiency
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and online recruitment strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong in both verbal and written communication as well as computer literacy.
- Capable of managing a demanding workload with a hands-on approach.
- High ethical standards in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexible, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
