  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and industry standards, managing risks associated with commercial activities.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
