Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages such as tea, coffee, and light snacks for staff and visitors.
- Refill and maintain food supplies of coffee, tea, milk, and other refreshments.
- Maintain office supplies (paper and stationery) and ensure they are well-stocked.
- Keep the pantry, kitchenette, and refreshment areas clean and well-stocked.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory (cups, napkins, cutlery, etc.).
- Ensure that refreshment areas are tidy and hygienic.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Clean and sanitize office areas, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas, such as break rooms and corridors.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are replenished and stored properly.
- Assist in organizing meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging refreshments if needed.
- Handle general office tasks

- This role involves standing and light manual labor.
- Cleaning experience preferred.
