Amazon is seeking a dynamic senior account management to join the Fuse/MBD team and drive the growth of our existing Fuse partnerships in SEA region. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business executive with proven track record in cultivating and nurturing external partnerships, particularly within the mobile industry. This person has relentlessly high standards and operates as a business owner who understand key levers to achieve results through partnerships. Strong communication, persuasion and advocacy skills. Ability to think, analyze, and react in a high energy, fast paced environment. Proven business judgement and influencing skills. Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines. A clear and concise communicator and writer.
Amazon Fuse is a horizontal, centralized channel developed to grow Amazon digital services and subscriptions through distribution partnerships. Fuse's mission is to accelerate adoption of Amazon products and services by acquiring incremental customers through subscription distribution deals with mobile operators (MOs), multi-channel video programming distributors (MVPDs), device manufacturers (OEMs), and other 3P partners (ie. FINSERV, retailers, energy). Expansion through Amazon Fuse spans the eco-system of Amazon products, including shopping, video, music, gaming, and other services.
As the Sr. Account manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Act as a primary liaison for Amazon Fuse partners based in SEA. You will engage directly with Fuse partners and multiple internal teams to enable partnerships growth. You will be the main point of contact for the partner on behalf of other Amazon teams, including Marketing, Finance, Legal, Technical, Operations and Product teams.
- Own existing strategic partner accounts; fostering senior partner exec’s relationships, leading regular business reviews with partners, driving deal optimizations, always cognizant of the interplay with other Amazon departments.
- Assist with building, executing a go-to-market distribution plan for addressing mobile distribution opportunities and coordinate the successful implementation and optimization of all projects with the partner.
- Contribute to business strategy development and improve the end customer experience, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Work in tandem with regional BD leader/s to foster strategic relationships and drive desired outcomes.
- Deliver business reviews to the senior leadership, providing updates on account progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage complex contract discussions involving legal, operations and marketing teams to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Demonstrate strong organizational & communication skills with a self-motivated approach to achieving results.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
