In this role, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager for Eu Yan Sang Clinic Services by assisting in the planning and execution of comprehensive Marketing and PR initiatives that align with our objectives. We are seeking a highly resourceful, independent, results-driven, and self-motivated individual with strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will be digitally savvy, creatively inclined, and possess a meticulous eye for detail.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Senior Manager (Marketing) to create and implement comprehensive 360º marketing strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of successful marketing campaigns, from ideation through implementation, to effectively grow our customer base.
  • Content and PR Management: Develop and manage marketing activities, including content creation, copywriting, public relations, event management, and performance analysis.
  • Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand visibility and opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for future optimisation and strategic adjustments.
  • Engaging Content Production: Create valuable and compelling content for social media and marketing materials to engage our audience effectively.
  • Website Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the brand’s website to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Brand Stewardship: Act as the Brand Guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to inform marketing efforts and refine advertising strategies.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek out media opportunities and new business prospects, fostering collaborations with potential leads.
  • Event Participation: Organise and/or participate in events to enhance brand presence and engage with our community.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives.


Education:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.


Skills, Knowledge, and Relevant Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant marketing role, preferably within the Healthcare or Retail industry.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is essential for interactions with Chinese-speaking associates.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Good understanding of Google Analytics and experience in performance measurement.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress; proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, SEO, SEM, and digital content creation/design is a plus.
  • TCM Knowledge a plus: Familiarity with Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts and practices is a significant advantage, enhancing the ability to connect with our target audience.


NOTE: Kindly note that this role is specifically for Eu Yan Sang Clinic services, which differs from Eu Yan Sang retail business. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
