Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Train and develop cleaning staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Following safety protocols, managing cleaning supplies, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including residential and commercial properties
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of cleaners
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning
· Working hours: Mon-Fri (8am to 5pm), Sat (8am to 12pm)
