- Prepare / submission progress claim and variation order
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure that costs are kept within limits.
- Preparation of tender documents, evaluate bids, and make recommendations for contractor selection.
- Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, and managing changes or disputes.
- Conduct site measurements and assessments to ensure accuracy in cost calculations.
- Propose cost-effective alternatives and solutions to improve project value and efficiency.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
- Assist in resolving any disputes that may arise related to costs or contracts
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying Building/ Construction/ Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Construction Industry
- Able to work independently
- Possess Good Communication Skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
