JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Orientation of foreign employees.
  • Maintain foreign employees’ database such as expiry of work permit, passport and home leave.
  • Liaise with employment agency for the processing of foreign employees’ work permit, renewal and repatriation.
  • On-line application to MOM for waiver of foreign workers levy.
  • Application to MOM for conversion to lower levy when foreign workers have obtained their ITE Healthcare (Homecare) Course.
  • Handle queries from MOM (Ministry of Manpower), MOH (Ministry of Health), SNB (Singapore Nursing Board), embassies and etc on matters pertaining to foreign workers.
  • Claiming of insurance as and when necessary.
  • Conduct interviews with head of departments during staff recruitment.
  • Compile staff salary matters for submission to Accounts.
  • Update MOH ILTC system.
  • Update MOM with addresses of foreign employees employed by nursing home.
  • Complete quarterly MOM Labor Market Survey.
  • Maintain local employees’ annual leave and confirmation of their service.
  • Correspondences for the nursing home.
  • Any other duties assigned by Chief Operations Executive and Management Committee.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in a nursing home.
  • Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Experience in doing payroll and accounts
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
