Job Description & Requirements
- Handles and coordinates the administrative aspect for the both traffic and security management department. This includes, but not limited to, collection of deliver orders and ensuring the officers’ notification are up to date.
- Conducts regular site supervisory checks.
- Assist the Deployment & Planning team in providing support to handle ongoing incident and manning crisis management at site.
- Ensures that the officers adhere to the Company’s and PLRD’s Code of Conduct and regulations.
- Ensuring that the team officers adhere and complies with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Police Licensing Regulatory Department and Work Place Safety & Health.
- Provide real-time tracking and monitoring in the event of any incidents or disciplinary issues at site
- Manage a small team of officers on site.
- Conducts On-Jobs Trainings, induction and in house trainings to the officers.
- Conducting an on-site briefing and job run through for Contract for Service personnel if necessary.
- Any other duties as directed by management, within the reasonable scope of the position hereof.
