Responsibilities:
- Source for Suppliers, Service Provider for required Product or Service.
- Review, evaluate and analyse products and services to be rendered / purchased
- Follow and enforce company's procurement policies and procedure
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product range, etc.
- Research and evaluate potential prospective suppliers
- Raise and prepare Purchase Order
- Monitor and liaise with Suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and submission of all required documents for import/ export
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Pre-requisites:
- Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
