UTEC was first established in Singapore on 9 December 2014 and we specializes in civil and tunnel infrastructure construction works, with projects based locally and throughout Asia Pacific. The Company draws on the skills and expertise of its people to deliver tailored underground engineering solutions, striving to provide the best engineering solution and economics to its client. Since its establishment as a Contractor in underground works, the Company has been involved in projects not only in Singapore, but as far as India as well.

About This Role
1. Coordination with relevant parties: LTA, QPS, QPD and other sub-contractors and suppliers.
2. In charge of site operations with Safety and Quality Assurance.
3. Overall manage site manpower, equipment and materials according to site requirement in consider in conjuction with cost saving.
4. Report to Senior Manager on all relevant project matters and implement the integrated strategy according to company requirement.
Qualifications
- Experience in tunnel construction, project management, and engineering
- Knowledge of innovative tunneling technologies like Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM)
- Familiar with CAD and other general office software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage timelines and resources effectively
- Health and Safety certifications and training
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
*This role is on 5.5 days workweek and work location is currently located at the East of Singapore (Changi area).
