About our client: Our client is in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define logistics requirements for the SAP migration.
- Analyze current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users on SAP logistics functionalities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries during the migration.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout logistics operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage expired materials.
- Ensure shipping compliance and supplier coordination.
- Troubleshoot JDE, DCLink, and LIMS issues.
- Sanitize production materials and manage disposals.
- Support audits, mentor team members, and resolve operational issues.
- Promote continuous improvement in logistics processes.
- Facilitate the routine receipt of goods by processing receiving documentation and submitting it for Quality approval when necessary, while also updating the JDE system accordingly.
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks to efficiently store goods following clearance procedures.
- Manage the transfer of materials between warehouses and ensure timely delivery to end-users.
- Provide assistance with outgoing shipments, including samples and bulk drug substances (BDS).
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management in the Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Strong understanding of JDE and SAP logistics modules.
- Proven experience in system migration or implementation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to logistics in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Possess a valid forklift license

- Work hours: 40 hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)
- Contract duration: 15 months
