Project Manager & Business Analyst – Global Markets

We're seeking a motivated Project Manager & Business Analyst – Global Markets professional to join a dynamic team in Global Market space. This is a 1-year contract position with potential for extension, starting by November.


Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:


· Business Analyst: Work with trading desk/product team, Technical SME on Ops partners on business analysis and come up with solution/design proposals with cost effort estimations.

· Project Manager: Manage project deliveries from start to end with good governance routines - manage project plan, chair meetings/minutes, track deliverables/risk/issues, follow up on actions and most importantly bring the team together to deliver a common goal.

· Governance: tracking of audit remediation items reporting

· Help resolve conflicts where needed – stakeholder management to discuss priorities and agree on solution forward.

· Use Powerpoint, Excel, Visio to create business requirements documents and provide regular updates to project team senior stakeholders.

· You have 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) in Global Markets (Equities/Fixed Income Trading/Post Trade) Technology space.

· You have strong analytical skills to drive solutions for complex business requirement (Hold the pen to draw solutions and put together Business requirement documents).

· You have good understanding of trading flows / business / product knowledge (e.g.,
Pre-Trade, Cash Trading, Post Trade) front to back.

· It’ll be a plus if you have good understanding and experience with APAC regulatory projects Exchange Implementation.

· Comfortable leading meetings, putting together the delivery plan, tracking implementation, risk and managing stakeholders.

· Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills working with developers and technical leads at all levels and LOB partners; demonstrates ability to communicate and adjust level of detail and messaging based on audience.

· Self-starter takes ownership and follow up proactively on tasks assigned and deliverables.

· Demonstrates strong competence with core project management tools as Tech BA/PM (Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Sharepoint and other office toolsets).

· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests.

· Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment.
