Job Description:
- To assist the QA engineer for developing and constantly improve on the Quality Management (QM) System and ensure compliance to quality lntemational Standards.
- To assist in managing and ensuring that system and controls of the QM System are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inspections of projects/components to review and maintain quality standards and requirements for the Company.
- Responsible for manufacturing Quality Assurance as well as Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing Quality operations.
- To assist in preparing inspection reports as per customers' requirements.
- To assist in managing day to day internal quality issues and non-conformity disposition.
- To assist in reviewing, coordinate and follow up in corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare be MR for ISO900I and lSOl400l.
- Responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the Quality Control Plan.
- Responsible for the controlled documents such as Quality Management System Manual, customer drawing, standard, specification etc.
- Monitoring of all works performed by suppliers / cuntractors to ensure that quality works are produced.
- Maintain measuring equipment, gauges and welding machines are calibrated and record.
- Review of various document such as WPS, SAN, PQR, WQT, PRC and PCP prior to production welding.
- Perform inspection before welding such as part preparation, welding machine setting; preheat temperature and other relevant parameters in line with the applicable approved WPS.
- lnspect after welding to ensure parts welded as per drawing / customer's requirement and no welding defect.
- Perform NDT inspection on welded parts accordance to drawing specification.
Requirement:
- Able to read technical drawings
- 5 years working experience in same industry
- 5 and half working day per week
- Willing to work at Tuas South area
