We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assemble communication racks and perform electrical wiring based on detailed assembly drawings. Your expertise will help ensure that all products meet high-quality standards and are built to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble communication racks and components according to mechanical and electrical assembly drawings.
- Perform precise electrical wiring, cable management, and component installation to meet project specifications.
- Inspect and verify assemblies to ensure compliance with technical drawings, wiring schematics, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly or wiring issues to ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to address any technical or quality concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring all are in good working order.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, recommending solutions to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety guidelines, promoting a safe and organized workspace.
- Actively participate in process improvements to optimize assembly efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, particularly in the communication or related industries.
- Ability to read and interpret technical assembly drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
