Description:
- Assist In producing marketing materials, including brochures, calendars, flyers, posters, banners etc.
- Liaise with printers and designers to produce marketing materials and facilitate production and delivery.
- Maintain inventory and stock take marketing material and corporate gifts
- Sources and Liaise with suppliers and vendors to produce customised corporate gifts
- Create weekly Facebook posts for the different services in Active Global
- Film, edit and post TikTok videos to recruit caregivers and healthcare assistants based on viral TikTok trends.
- Support event coordination, including conferences, community events, outreach programs, set-up and manage booths etc.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing calendars.
- Goodie bag packing and delivery
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 5 Days work week (weekends may be required)
- 0-1 year experience in a marketing role or an internship is preferable.
- Have some experience hands-on using social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
