Responsibilities:
- Report to Project Manager.
- Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters.
- Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
- Coordinate with Archi, C&S, M&E, BIM team on drawings, BIM models and site activities.
- Site inspection & upkeep of site record.
- Attend meetings, liaise with consultants, clients, etc.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects.
- Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
- Excellent project and time management abilities.
- An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly driven and able to work under minimum supervision
