Responsibilities:
1. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- Support development of product and compilation of design ideas for customers
- Work closely with relevant parties (e.g. suppliers, technical and sampling teams, etc.) on merchandise sampling and development
- Follow up on buyer's prototyping requests on new proposed styling, fabric qualities/trims and on development submissions
- Work with sales team to prepare presentation on current products as well as new collections or developments
- Source new fabric, trimming and application for customer seasonally
2. SALES & MERCHANDISING
- Review and consolidate techpacks from customers
- Assists team manager for development of new products according to customer's enquiry
- Support manager in product costing and quotation
- Work on costing with customer and suppliers
- Organizes submission of records/comments as well as sample keeping
- Handles all kinds of merchandising issues with factories and customers
- Support manager in business development to establish new accounts
- Work closely on order timeline to ensure smoother operation flow and delivery on schedule
Requirements:
- āNā level & above
- Min 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Chinese languages to manage Chinese-speaking customers/suppliers
- Maintain good relationship between buyer and factory
- Self-motivated and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Occasional travelling maybe required
