Scope of work


Customer Service

  • To assist in customer service at the counter
  • To answer telephone calls and direct to the respective parties, if necessary
  • To assist in administerring simple first aid for students

Generic Email

  • To assist in the clearing of the generic emails

Data Entry using Microsoft Word or Excel

  • To assist in data entry using Microsoft Word or Excel

Any other clerical duties

  • To assist in any other clerical duties assigned

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Female Singaporean
  • At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
  • Able to commence work on 02 Jan 2025
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player with a high level of initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Please indicate proficiency in CV)
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in reception duty in schools between 2021 to 2024
