Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain project management standards and best practices.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and implement PMO policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings.
- Manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage the PMO budget.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
- Provide training and development opportunities for project managers.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO.
- Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning.
- Support the adoption of project management tools and technologies.
- Lead change management initiatives related to project management.
- Maintain a repository of project documentation and lessons learned.
Skills Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Hands on experience with Project management tools, Confluence, JIRAs, expert in Power point presentations, Spreadsheets etc.
- Strong experience on managing large level of financial details and charge back model.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in driving Continuous Improvements in the team/area.
- Knowledge of Clarity and Jira will be an add-on.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to challenge business/technical requirements to build good and scalable solutions.
