Shiftwork
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key support systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot key support systems.
- Investigate and resolve quality and EHS issues.
- Implement and monitor preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with site safety and quality standards.
- Identify and implement system improvements.
- Communicate process updates to plant personnel.
- Train process technicians on procedures.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and update as needed.
- Act as the subject matter expert and system owner.
- Present systems to auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in annual shutdown maintenance activities.
- Assist in budgeting and managing operation consumables.
- Develop and implement solutions.
- Uphold company code of conduct and values.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering etc.
- Has prior Laboratory experience (testing, data reviewing, etc.)
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Quality Tracking System
- Basic functional and technical knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Indirect leadership experience (e.g., project lead, training lead)
- Proficiency in computerized systems
