  1. Office Management:Organize and maintain office files and records.
    Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable.
  2. Communication:Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
    Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
    Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing materials.
  3. Scheduling and Calendar Management:Maintain and update calendars for assigned staff or executives.
    Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged.
  4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:Input and update data in databases or spreadsheets.
    Maintain accurate records of correspondence, reports, and documents.
  5. Support for Projects and Events:Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
    Support various projects as needed, including research and documentation.
  6. Financial Administration:Process invoices and expense reports.
    Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
  7. Customer Service:Greet and assist visitors to the office.
    Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization.

Qualification

  • Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
