Job Description: Telemarketer
Position Overview:
The telemarketer will contact individuals and businesses by telephone to promote products, services, or campaigns. They will be responsible for following a provided script, answering potential customer questions, generating leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
- Follow a scripted sales pitch to ensure consistent messaging.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by providing detailed information and addressing customer concerns.
- Capture and record customer details in the company's CRM or database.
- Handle objections, questions, or concerns with a professional and positive attitude.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Update the sales team with any important customer feedback or leads.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and current promotions.
- Meet call volume and performance metrics as set by the company.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- O Levels / N levels
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Able to converse in both mandarin and english
