Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various electronics and communications equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network systems, routers, servers, and computers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the effective operation of communication equipment and systems.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Utilize experience in ex-Army regular handling TCS platform to enhance equipment maintenance and performance.
- Perform equipment upgrades and software installations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in electronics and communications.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma/ITC/NTC-2 in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related working experience in Electronics and Communications Equipment.
- Experience in handling network systems, routers, servers, and computers.
- Experience in ex-Army regular handling TCS platform will be an added advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
