Responsibilities:
- To formulate and carry out strategic procurement and contracts management supports for all directly invested projects
- To review cost assumptions for new projects
- To provide assistance and guidance to other departments on their procurement activities
- To support Risk Management in screening, strengthening contracts and procurement practices and SOPs for joint-venture projects
- Review project's Procurement and Contracts Management policies and processes
- Oversee Project's QS procurement and contracts management works
Requirements:
- Degree in Building / QS
- At least 5 years of working experience in Developer / Consultancy
- Regional experience will be a plus
- Professional qualification from recognized Quantity Surveying Professional bodies (eg SISV,RICS,MRICS) will be a plus
