Project Specialist is responsible for handle Smart Home project, taking responsibility for the entire project process, oversee the financial performance of smart home projects, focusing on continuous improvement based on feedback
What's your role?
- Product Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest home technologies and trends, oversee the product development lifecycle, including collaborating with suppliers to creting cutting-edge smart home solutions
- Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery
- Work closely with the Marketing Team and Design Team to develop cohesive branding strategies and product positioning.
- Coordinate with the Retail Team to ensure seamless integration of smart home products in-store and online
- Smart Home System Setup: Lead the installation, configuration, and optimization of smart home systems in both residential and commercial settings.
- Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of professionals, including Interior Designers, Technicians, and Installers, ensuring smooth operations and project delivery.

What's the skill required?

Who's there to support you?
We have our dedicated Technical Support (after-sales) team to assist you on product related query. You will also be working closely with our Procurement and Warehouse team to engage more in terms of products shipment and stock availability.
You also will be involved into various internal and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Plus, you are expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
