Key Responsibilities:
- Production Scheduling: Assist in creating, managing, and maintaining the production schedule, ensuring all timelines are met.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between production teams, departments, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth coordination.
- Logistics Management: Handle logistics related to materials, equipment, and resources needed for production.
- Document Management: Maintain records, production reports, and ensure compliance with all paperwork.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Quality Control: Assist in monitoring production to ensure quality standards are met and flagging any issues.
- Budget Tracking: Track production expenses and ensure alignment with the allocated budget.
- Team Support: Assist the production team with day-to-day tasks, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise during production.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure that production practices adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Siploma's degree in Production Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple aspects of production simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve issues that arise during production.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with production software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with different departments effectively.
