What's your role?
- Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle day-to-day operations such as inbound, outbound, and inventory stock taking.
- Oversee logistics arrangements, including managing the driver fleet.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless communication and workflow.
- Ensure order fulfilment during sales campaign D-Day by working alongside the team in the warehouse.
- Implement and use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and regulations.
- Plan warehouse space utilization effectively, ensuring optimal storage and workflow.
- Forecast manpower needs and expenses for warehouse operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintain high team performance.
What's the skill required?
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
- In depth knowledge of warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, Stock Take) and safety protocol.
- Computer literate with experience in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments.
- Must be willing to work on-site during sales campaigns.
- 5-day work week, with flexibility to work extra hours during peak sales periods.
