Order Administrator, Up $4K
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Location: Pandan, West
Working Hours: Office
The Order Administrator plays a crucial role in the organization which it involves coordinating with various departments such as sales, finance, and project management office to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately. The Order Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service to address any order-related inquiries or issues.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensures timeliness of order processing and accuracy of data entry into business management systems.
- Review incoming orders (commercial) according to established guidelines.
- Executes order processing activities related to pricing, commission accrual, export compliance screening, etc. according to guidelines.
- Enters customer orders into Business Management systems.
- Coordinates with sales offices, factories, and internal functions to resolve problems associated with orders.
- Preparation of commission accrual for sales channels, keeping track and reconciling the differences if any with Finance.
- Ensures compliance with workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involved in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.
- Performs overtime when needed especially on month-end business closing.

- Knowledge of Oracle Business system.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- At least 1 years’ experience in a related field.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
