• Manage the full spectrum of day-to-day finance and accounts operations including AR/AP, P&L, balance sheet, Gst submissions.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations, including timely and accurate filings
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements reports, and analyses for both internal and external stakeholders
• Support the Senior Leadership team on ad-hoc business expansion activities and fund raising exercises
• Basic HR duties including payroll, CPF submissions
Handle IRAS queries, Group Annual Return, Group consolidation report
Liaise with Auditors
Requirements:
• Possesses a degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role, experience in automobile industry an advantage;
• Understanding of data privacy standards;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; good public speaking skills;
• Has a deep understanding of business principles and practices;
• Has superior attention to detail;
• Excellent organisational and planning skills;
• Must be hands-on and work with operations to achieve business excellence;
• Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills;
• Proficient in computer and Microsoft application software;minimally Teams and Xero
• Upholds strong integrity and honesty
