- Multidimensional modeling of AC contact resistance for vertical and edge contact.
- Quantum effects in Maxwell equations in nanometer scale dimensions
- Quantum transport of 2D materials under light-matter excitation
- DFT modeling of metal-insulator transitions at different temperatures
- Photoemission and light-matter interaction of 2D materials
Job Requirements
Applicants for this RF position should have at least a PhD degree (within 3 years) in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or Material Science. The preferences are for candidates who have significant research experience with good publication records. The technical requirements are:
- Strong skill in mathematical modelling and numerical methods
- Strong in quantum mechanics, solid-state physics, and Maxwell equations
- Experience in using simulation software.
