We're looking for someone with experience in high-end retail or food and beverage, seeking an office job with regular hours, away from the long shifts typical in retail and F&B.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Retail Outlets & Driver Management
- Create, update and execute service SOP
- Communicate and regularly monitor SOP compliance for all staffs
- Visit outlets on a regular basis to check on compliance to SOP
- Rostering of counter staffs
- Review of Mystery Service Audit of counter staffs
- Conduct mid year & year end performance reviews of counter staffs
- Customer Service Handling
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and reviews from all channels
- Handle and resolve staff service complaints
- Key account management for top customers
- Manage and train customer service team in office
- Corporate Sales Management
- Respond and provide quotations for corporate enquiries.
- Coordinate and manage corporate order receiving process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a office/retail setting will be preferred
- Technology savvy, able to type and respond to chat enquiries
- Educational Requirements: Diploma and above is preferred but not required
