Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting.
- Implement and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical and instrumentation related tasks with focus on safety.
- Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, record and report.
- Implement reliability programs and develop maintenance procedures for instrumentation & electrical equipment to facilitate consistent execution of maintenance tasks.
- Investigate instrument & electrical equipment failures or malfunctions in order to identify root causes of problems as well as recommend and implement solutions.
- Identify and maintain an optimum level of electrical spares and drives to reduce plant downtime, take drive parameters back up and need to maintain.
- Ensure systematic documentation of Maintenance Procedures and Risk Assessments, SLD, E&I related and maintenance records for troubleshooting purpose.
- Update and control of Electrical specification, procedure and drawings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation / Maintenance Engineering.
- Min 3 years of working experience in electrical engineering in pharmaceutical industry.
- Candidates from E&I project engineer (with brown field experience) or E&I technician (operating plant) experience will be an added advantage.
Duration : 12 months. Option to extend/convert subject to performance review.
