- Oversee FP&A team to ensure timely and accurate data is updated and maintained
- Lead FP&A team in completing and analysing company’s financial, such as P&L Analysis, cost variance analysis and budget vs. actual performance analysis
- Perform financial analysis/modelling, such as cash flow forecast, project evaluations, cost benefit calculations, and investment appraisals.
- Using Microsoft Excel to build financial models for strategic scenario analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in the identification and management of financial risks within the business.
- Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the FP&A function and work with the team to implement changes.
- Support management during ad hoc projects and other required activities.
Requirements:
- Preferably 3 years of FP&A experience preferably in F&B industry
- Immediate starter is preferred
