Job Description & Requirements
1. Supervision and Management:
Lead and supervise the M&E team, assigning tasks and ensuring quality workmanship.
2. Installation and Maintenance:
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
3. Project Coordination:
Coordinate M&E activities with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Quality Assurance:
Ensure all work meets relevant standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
5. Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
6. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
7. Safety Compliance:
Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Training and Development:
Provide training and support to team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
9. Budget Management:
Assist in managing the budget for M&E projects, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
10. Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in M&E operations.
