Job Scope:
- Effectively respond to sales inquiries by identifying and understanding the unique needs and requirements of homeowners.
- Create design proposals and develop 2D spatial plan layouts that align with the client's preferences.
- Prepare accurate quotations, ensuring all client specifications are met in detail.
- Conduct material research to ensure suitability for the project's intended use.
- Handle additional ad hoc tasks as needed, taking a comprehensive approach to fulfilling client expectations and project demands.
Job Requirement:
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools for creating 2D and 3D layouts.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and meet client expectations.
