Duties and responsibilities:
The human resource is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
1.Identify and recruit necessary professionals for the project, such as tunnel engineer, safety coordinator. Develop recruitment plans, post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and conduct background checks.
2.Arrange necessary training and courses for employees to enhance skills and ensure they are capable of performing their duties.
3.Manage the attendance of employees, manage and provide employee benefits, including insurance, leave, health check-ups, medical care, etc.
4.Handle employee complaints and disputes to maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork. Promote communication and interaction between employees and management.
5.Ensure project operations comply with Singapore labor laws and related regulations. Handle labor disputes and other legal issues to ensure lawful and compliant operations.
6.Accurately and efficiently manage payroll processes. Continuously improve payroll administration processes to ensure timely and compliant payroll distribution.
7.Handle work pass and visa applications for employees, ensuring compliance with immigration and labor regulations.
8.Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure company operations and compliant. Create and maintain a comprehensive company handbook covering all HR policies and procedures.
9.Complete other tasks or related work as assigned by management.
Job requirement:
1.Minimum Diploma in Human Capital Management.
2.Minimum 3 years' HR management experience in the construction industry.
3.Good understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM / BCA laws and policies.
4.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
5.Effective problem solving and decision making abilities.
6.HR certification is advantageous.

Salary Range : $3500 - $4200 per month
