Job Description
- Check invoices, match PO with invoices and verify discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliation & cash flows
- Prepare monthly vendor payments, account vendor invoices and staff claims, etc.
- Assist in quarterly GST reporting
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and year end closing
- Assist in audit reporting
- Perform other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in accountancy or equivalent
- Entry level candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply
- Knowledge on project accounting or experience with Sage Accpac accounting software will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS office
- Possess good working attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadline
- Able to deal with Mandarin speaking client in China
