Responsibilities
· Perform daily accounting functions and maintain part set of accounts
· Include (GL, AP, AR)
· Prepare Bank journal, Fixed Assets List, Contract Registration List, etc.
· Responsible for vendor master creation and maintenance
· Assist with GST computation and registration of GST forms
· Assist with finance activities such as external audit and document support
· Ensure company comply with accounting & financial policies and regulations
· Assist in stock counting and filling form
· Ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
· Maintain proper documentations and filing records
Skills/Requirements
· This role requires proficiency in English and Mandarin both Spoken & Written (as you will be liaising with China-based customers/clients who are only able to communicate in Mandarin)
· Candidates with preferably 2-4 years experience with goods inventory accounting background
· Diploma/ACCA/Degree in Finance or Accounting or any related discipline
