RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Program Management
- Drive strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of key initiatives in the Home, such as ageing in place and rehabilitations/reintegration efforts to enhance quality of life
- Lead care philosophy and expand partnership collaboration with fellow service providers, external partners, and volunteers to fulfil quality, safe rehabilitation and reintegration of residents
2. Leadership
- Build and grow a positive culture of the Home based on MWS Core Values, modeling and inspiring all staff to be part of the culture building
- Cultivate a high-performing management team, providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to achieve strategic objectives
- Foster collaborative and integrated teamwork amongst all departments to drive towards one common goal and mission
3. Strategic Financial Management
- Manage the financial strategy for Home and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial sustainability in consultation with Group Director and Centre Governance Committee
- Strategize & manage donations for targeted needs and cost saving focus
- Adherence to Financial Standards & Practices of both MWS & MSF
4. General Administration & Human Resources Management
- Maintain good corporate governance of documentation and administrative processes and procedures for efficient administration of the Home
- Update & review all SOPs on a yearly basis based on MSF & MWS regulatory requirements & guidelines
- Review and update administrative processes and procedures of the Home on a regular basis for productivity improvement
- Maximize and capitalize on all human resources for efficiency, prudence and cost management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar setting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision of staff
- Strong leadership skills
- Good analytical skills with a critical mind
- A team player
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Proficient in written and oral communication
