Customer Service Representative (Up $3.5K)
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Work Location: Chai Chee Lane
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9.00AM - 5.30PM
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for achieving the highest level of Customer Service to both internal and external customers. Striving to achieve goals and objectives set within the department with the emphasis on quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service consists of International Customer Service (ICS) servicing customers supplied from Singapore (SADC).
- Provide customer service to customers, field representatives, Sales Managers and internal department.
- Processing customer orders and shipments for international Customers (ICS)
- Prepare letter of credits for orders (ICS).
- Answering customer queries (ICS).
- Process and maintain standing monthly orders (ICS).
- Chasing up customer orders (ICS).
- Initiate the process of return goods (ICS).
- Answering and transferring non-customer related phone calls (ICS).
- Identify and suggest improvements for Customer Service (ICS).
- Continually evaluate and develop Customer Service procedures that are required as part of our quality system.
- Other duties may be directed from time to time (ICS).
