Our client is a leading corporate services firm. The ideal candidate should be a professional team player with strong communication skills, able to work independently, and detail-oriented while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients, including publicly listed companies.
- Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial duties, such as company incorporations, preparing directors' and shareholders' resolutions, opening bank accounts, and updating signatories.
- Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents, ensuring clients comply with statutory requirements and government regulations.
- Facilitate the smooth operation of Board Meetings, Audit and Risk Meetings, and Annual General Meetings for client companies.
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct customer due diligence as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimally a diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial management. ICSA certification will be beneficial.
- Experience with SGX-listed firms is a plus.
- Resourceful and skilled in Microsoft Office.
