Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of inspectors to ensure parts purchase and documentation meets requirement.
· Manage the QA/QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems delivered meets the customer quality requirements.
· Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
· Liaise with vendor about items defects and discuss on the preventive action.
· Communicate with Service Engineer/Manager from other departments to identify root cause and provide suggestion for improvement.
· Work closely with internal colleagues, vendors and customers on qualification of First Article.
· Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
Requirements:
· Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· At least 2 years experience in the quality field
· Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
· Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA (ISO 9001, 7 QC tools and etc)
