POSITION OVERVIEW : Testing Engineering Analyst


POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Role and Responsibility:

• Work with CP Project Manager to provide weekly status update. Maintain & monitor schedule. • To raise potential risks and issues to CP Project Manager and propose solution to overcome the risks or alternative
• Work with Vendors and help implementation of test automation scripts, assist vendor in finding issues with test automation scripts
o e.g.Identify user to organization relationship and generate necessary mapping files
• Work with Solution Architect to implement infra gaps or discussion on solution gaps
o e.g.Provide benchmark and justification for additional VMs capacity for Genie / PT Agent
o Discuss on AV solutions and workaround for handling large files
• Implementation of Test Data generation tools
• Implementation of Common Infra Structure Perf Test Application
• Execute Performance Test for Common Infra
• Develop Report generation solutions for Performance Testing Metrics information collection e.g.
o Aggregate information from AWS Cloud Watch
o Aggregate information from SQL
o Aggregate information from Application log
• Maintain Performance Test Plan for Review and Approval


Skillset:
• Able to work independently (Very critical) • Able to work with vendors like Tescom, LeapThought
• Able to work with customer like BCA
• Have very hands-on skillset on following:
o SQL (Very critical)
o Data Modelling (Very critical)
o C# development
o AWS Cloud Environment (As developer)
o Enterprise grade batch job development
• Good general enterprise application development and prior knowledge in application performance testing.
• Able to organize and define schedule.
• To present and refine / discuss with customer
• Able to identify issues and work with relevant party to propose solution to customer e.g.
o AV constraint and workaround
o Large file transfer constraint and workaround.
• List of tools - Python / AWS Lambda / AWS Step Function, C#, Jmeter, SQL for Report Generations / Data Patching, AWS related metrics / logs
