Our client seeks a dynamic marketer to enhance its loyalty program. You will play a vital role in increasing customer visits, engagement, and retention.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Enhance customer engagement through campaigns and exclusive events.
- Organize events to drive footfall and sales, overseeing planning to post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with partners to build offerings for the rewards catalog.
- Support marketing for digital vouchers and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Act as a liaison for various units, implementing data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Oversee digital engagement and communication across various channels.
- Set up campaigns using CRM tools; familiarity with Session M, Braze, and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
- Support marketing operations, including CRM loyalty programs and tenant onboarding.
Requirements
- Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in loyalty or digital marketing
- Experience with CRM campaigns and promotional planning.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze).
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) is a strong plus.
