Responsibilities:
- Participate in manpower planning, providing suggestion on manpower requirements, advise on statutory requirements and provide projected manpower costing
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis for all subsidiaries
- Manage training requisition process and maintain training records
- Organize and liaise with educational institutions on internships and other programs (e.g.Work-Study Diploma)
- Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations
- Support all leave and benefits administration (including insurance), as well as handle monthly payroll process, work pass administration and participate in government surveys
- Own the employees’ data along the life cycle from the hiring to termination process (e.g. payroll changes, termination documents)
- Manage processes on staff’s confirmation, contract renewal, resignation, and salary review exercises
- Monitor headcount changes and compilation of HR reports
- Timely follow up on the off-boarding process, ensuring exit interviews and exit clearance are appropriately completed
- Responds to changes in Employment Act by reviewing policies and procedures in place.
- Facilitate annual performance appraisal exercise and bonus exercise.
- Any other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or Human Resources Management or equivalent
- More than 3 - 6 years of experience in HR role preferably in an IT related industry
