Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Facilities Executive. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our premises.


Responsibilities:


- Manage and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities and equipment

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues

- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and service providers

- Develop and implement facility management strategies and procedures

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols

- Monitor and report on facility performance and maintenance costs


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines

- No experience required; fresh graduates and polytechnic graduates encouraged to apply

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office


Desirable Qualifications:


- Certification in Facilities Management or related field

- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols

- Experience with facility management software
