Salary: $12 - 15 per hour (Up to $2500 monthly)
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and performance evaluations
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Manage HR-related paperwork and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Support HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Admin or similar role
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
