The incumbent will be responsible in account management for a customer in the heavy equipment and power technology industry for its logistics and freight forwarding requirements. The incumbent will attend to the customer's needs and be instrumental in developing relationships with the client.
- Partner with the customer in providing dedicated support to their initiatives within the Crane Worldwide network and other forwarding business.
- Be the point of contact between customer and Crane Worldwide Logistics with regards to operational and account matters.
- Ensure that the company fulfills its service and performance standards as per agreed standards and agreements
- Manage customer’s s expectations and requests and work with internal stakeholders, both internal and external to deliver a consistent quality customer experience.
- To resolve disputes and service issues effectively and amicably. Promptly update customer on escalation issues.
- Collaborate across departments and work in partnership with Operations teams to deliver logistics solutions and achieve service and operational excellence.
- Prepare and submit required reports to customer on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis as deemed necessary
- Coordinate and partner operations team to provide tracking information as requested by the customer. Ensure proactive communications, checking milestone updates
- Ensure database are updated timely and effectively for complete visibility on job status and reporting.

- Possess Tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in logistics and Freight Forwarding, preferably both Air and Ocean freight.
