- Manage RMA returns from customers.
- Handle RMA requests, including approval, Purchase Order issuance, and invoice billing.
- Review and plan the RTV schedule based on MRP requirements.
- Coordinate with repair vendors on RTV returns to meet customer demands (including RMA applications and return shipments).
- Collaborate with logistics companies regarding shipment arrangements, status updates, and customs declarations.
- Oversee inventory management by periodically reviewing and executing stocking rules set by management.
- Prepare regular reports for management review.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Strong team player with the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Independent and proactive.
- Knowledge of SAP/MRP is preferred.
